Sharing of Your Personal Information

Your name, emergency contact information, medical issues, dietary restrictions and requirements will be shared with trip leaders and accompanying staff for the purpose of your well-being and knowledge of correct responses in the event of an emergency.

We share your personal information with third-party providers, which specifically relates to the activity undertaken. The information requested by the third-party provider may also include age, height and weight. Non-compliance on your behalf to disclose personal information which is a legal requirement for the third-party provider to request will result in not being able to participate in the activity. No compensation will be given for non-compliance with a third-party provider which results in the cancelling of your participation in an activity.

Collecting Personal Information

We collect personal information about you which you have chosen to provide by the following means:

• Email, phone or other enquiry.
• Registering for a program.
• Completing a survey or providing a review.

Use of Personal Information

We use your personal information to provide a service to you. By submitting a registration form or contacting us with an enquiry you consent to your personal information being used to:

• Enable us to make a booking for the program you have registered for.
• Enable us to assess your suitability for the program you have chosen based on physical and logistical requirements.
• Enable us to make a booking with third-party providers, for example a helicopter company or accommodation provider.
• Issue invoices in accordance with the terms of the program which you have registered for.
• Contact you with updates and news about the program which you have registered for.
• Contact you to advise of upcoming programs.
• Enable us to respond to an email or phone enquiry.

Non-disclosure of Personal Information

In order to participate in any of our programs all requested information must be correctly provided, to ensure your suitability and enjoyment of the program you have registered for. Failure to provide required information or providing false information may result in the cancellation of your participation on a program or may require us to terminate your attendance once the program has commenced. Neither of these instances shall be grounds for any compensation on your behalf.

Financial Data

We do not store any financial data on-site and payments received through our bank account do not show your personal bank account information.

Legal

By contacting us or submitting a registration form you authorise us to legally collect the personal information you have provided.

Information Retention

Your personal information is retained for as long as necessary to provide services to you as a client, to comply with legal requirements, to complete all agreements you have undertaken with us and to protect us in the event of a dispute.

Any embedded content on our website (e.g. videos) or other websites behaves as if you had visited the source website of the embedded content directly. This means that these websites may collect information about you through cookies, additional third-party tracking and other methods which we have no control over. By accessing embedded content on our or other websites you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any data collected from your activity.

You have the right to access your personal information and to request changes, updates and deletion of any information which we hold about you. This right does not override our right to retain your personal information as required for administrative, legal and security purposes.
